Coaching

Supplement your training with one to four days of coaching to kick start your initiative. Periodically have a Coach visit your teams virtually or in-person to answer questions or provide advice.

The level of coaching required depends on the team. Some teams have already been using an iterative development methodology and are already a cohesive team. Kanban Applied Training or the Agile and Scrum Training class is often all teams need to get started.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are teams that are relatively new to a highly iterative process and/or teams that are new to functioning as a team and want more help. This is where Coaching services come into play.
