Supplement your training with one to four days of coaching to kick start your Kanban initiative. Periodically have a Kanban Coach visit your teams virtually or in-person to answer questions or provide advice.

The level of Kanban coaching required by teams depends on the team. There are some teams that have already been using an iterative development methodology and are already a cohesive team. Kanban Applied Training is often all teams needs to get started using Kanban.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are teams that are relatively new to a highly iterative process and/or teams that are new to functioning as a team and want more help. This is where Kanban Coaching services come into play.
